This time-honored practice focuses on connecting the mind, body and spine. Designed for all body types, this specific class will flow at a slower pace from one pose to the next, with an emphasis on the breath and working towards greater flexibility, balance and range of motion. Modifications will also be taught for each pose to create a welcoming and satisfying environment for all members. The yoga practice ends with a guided stretch and meditation to ease you into your evening.
